Mayan Palace

 

The Mayan Palaces are  the second resort level built by the Vidanta company (the first was the Sea Garden).  At one site, Nuevo Vallarta, most of the Mayan Palace buildings have been torn down to make space for the newer Grand Luxxes.  The company generally tries to move people up to the higher levels. But Vidanta has to keep enough inventory for the Mayan Palace owners, so they can't tear down all the buildings. 

 

The Mayan Palaces have comfortable rooms which are great for the budget conscious traveler. The pools are large and the Mayan Palaces have great activity centers, spas, and exercise facilities. But people staying at the Mayan Palaces can only use the Mayan Palace pools.

Except in very limited situations, we don't rent units in the Mayan Palaces or Sea Gardens.
